• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for the final preparation of all food items served in the food-service area, following federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, along with company policies. May be directed by the kitchen supervisor, relief manager, or team leader to ensure quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Participates in food and beverage preparation and service, adhering to presentation, sanitation, safety standards (HACCP, OSHA), and portion control.
• Cleans work areas and equipment used in food prep and service.
• Follows all safety and sanitation procedures; delivers food to and from the kitchen.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and neat environment.
• Cooperates with staff across departments.
• Exhibits professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
