Saladbar in Rocky Hill, CT, is looking for friendly, energetic, and meticulous Line Servers to join our team. As a Line Server, you are the most important person in the customer journey—responsible for crafting the perfect meal and delivering an exceptional experience every time!

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Guest Service Excellence: Greet every customer with a warm, genuine smile. Guide them through the menu, answer questions about ingredients, and make personalized recommendations.
• Order Execution: Build salads, wraps, and bowls accurately and quickly according to customer specifications and company standards, ensuring portion control and high quality.
• Prep & Restock: Perform light food prep during downtime and continuously monitor and restock the service line to ensure all ingredients are fresh, appealing, and readily available for service.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area (the front line, dining room, and service stations), following all food safety and sanitation protocols strictly.
