Job summary

Morgan Olson is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct all phases of line production, coordinate operators, and develop staff while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Plan daily/weekly work schedules and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Direct and train line team members.
• Instruct and train team in SOPs (standard operating procedures).
• Observe machinery operation to detect malfunctions and report problems to maintenance.
• Promote 5S compliance by keeping areas clean, orderly and labeled.
• Document employee reports and prepare necessary paperwork including accident reports.
• Complete production reports as required.
• Provide feedback on team member performance.
• Adhere to Quality policy and Safety policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction for all phases of line production and coordinates activities of operators.

• Effectively directs, trains, and develops department staff within their area.
