Job summary

Morgan Olson is hiring skilled assemblers to build walk-in van bodies on an automated line. You will read blueprints and BOMs to rivet, drill, bolt, glue, and seal sheets, frames, roofs, floors, and sides to meet specs.

Team members may work at individual cells or in line crews, rotating stations as needed. Ideal candidates have experience with riveters, drills, sealant guns, and a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Works well in a team and follows production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble walls, floors, cabs, shelving and roofs per specs.
• Connect subassemblies such as doors, seats, and control panels.
• Bolt, rivet, or fasten parts to form subassemblies and final body components.
• Install mechanical and electrical components and wire harnesses.
• Fit doors, hoods, seals, and trim using sealant gun and fasteners.
• Support PPS team efforts and adhere to safety policies.
