Job summary

SMOSH is seeking an experienced Line Producer to oversee a fast-paced slate of digital content. The role partners with Production, Programming, Creative and Finance to manage budgets, schedules and resources, ensuring efficient, responsible, high-quality production.

The ideal candidate will build budgets from ground up, review cost reports, and lead multiple productions while collaborating with creative teams to adapt to changes and find practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible production management experience in digital media or fast-paced production environments.
• Significant hands-on experience managing multiple productions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with production budgeting, cost trackers, and financial forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Own production budgets, costs and commitments from forecasting through final actuals.
• Review and approve expenses, invoices, POs, payroll and other project costs.
• Negotiate crew, vendors, equipment, locations and other production costs.
• Direct multiple productions through all stages while translating creative concepts into actionable plans.
• Maintain up-to-date production documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
• Identify risks early and present viable production, budget and schedule solutions.
