Job summary

Smosh, LLC is seeking an experienced Line Producer for digital content in Los Angeles. You will oversee budgets, schedules and staffing, translating creative concepts into actionable production plans while partnering with accounting and finance to keep projects on track.

The role demands proactive risk management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to adjust plans quickly without compromising quality or timeline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production management or line producing in digital media.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple productions simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Movie Magic Budgeting.
• Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience creating budgets, cost trackers and forecasts.
• Understanding of production accounting incl. actuals, accruals, ETCs and EFCs.
• Experience with crew structures, vendors, equipment, and locations.

Responsibilities

• Own production budgets, financial oversight and cost tracking from forecast to final actuals.
• Lead production planning and execution across multiple projects.
• Identify risks early and present viable production and financial solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, and senior leadership.
