Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Formal mechanical training or strong mechanical background with ability to lead repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for performance, efficiency, and output of multiple machines and processes.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate and support a small team of operators and temporary staff on the line.
• Lead, train, and coach associates to foster a high-performing team culture.
