Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Processing Machine Operator to own the performance of the production line, supervise machine operation, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, repair breakdowns, and coordinate a small team of operators and temporary staff, ensuring targets are met daily and coaching is provided to build strong, capable teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Formal mechanical training or strong mechanical background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for performance, efficiency, and output of multiple machines on the line.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate and support a small team of operators and temporary associates on daily production tasks.
• Lead, train, and coach associates to promote a high-performing team culture.
