A family-owned restaurant group in Pismo Beach is seeking a Cook (Line/Prep) to join its vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience and knowledge of basic cooking techniques. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of working in a high-pressure environment. Full certification training for a California Food Handler will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred (prep, line, or similar role).
• Experience using knives and cooking equipment safely.
• Knowledge of grilling, sautéing, and baking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for service including chopping and portioning.
• Follow recipes for consistency and accuracy.
