Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and produce high-quality dishes according to guest orders, recipes, and specifications.
  • Work on different kitchen stations based on business needs.
  • Cook menu items in coordination with the team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Measure ingredients accurately and follow recipes to meet standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of recipes, ingredients, allergens, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following safety and sanitation standards.
  • Properly store and dispose of leftovers.
  • Stock and replenish kitchen supplies and inventory.
  • Label, date, and rotate stock following FIFO principles.
  • Follow company policies, including uniform standards and punctuality.
  • Perform additional tasks as required in a professional manner.
  • Operate ethically to protect company assets and image.
  • Maintain flexible scheduling to meet business demands.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen or food service environment preferred.
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods.
  • Experience with multiple kitchen stations and food safety standards.
  • Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential job functions safely and consistently.
  • Regular punctual attendance.
  • Lift and carry items weighing 10-50 pounds.
