Job summary

Global Medical Response’s Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation. You will work with a team of medical professionals to safely transport patients to and from locations, ensuring aircraft readiness and compliance with FAR and company requirements.

The role offers a $15K sign-on bonus, retention bonuses, on-duty housing, and a 7/7 schedule, with a salary range of $106,511–$117,162 including a 20% geo modifier.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA Rotorcraft Commercial Certificate and FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours and 1,500 helicopter hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours and 500 turbine hours required.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with a team of medical professionals.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for dispatch per FAR and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot and team.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteamrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAEL and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change infoto successive pilotandteam followingprotocol forrecordingAir Evac Lifeteam change boarddetails
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate

• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear
