Job summary

Quaker Houghton seeks an on-site Production Line Operator to seal or impregnate prepared customer parts. You will move parts through the line with cranes/hoists, perform inspections, and ensure quality at each stage.

You will troubleshoot basic equipment issues, complete required reports, and maintain a clean, safe work area. The role may require flexible hours within a manufacturing environment and follows Life Saving Rules.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform visual inspections and quality checks.
• Commitment to safety and following Life Saving Rules.
• Ability to work with crane/hoist controls and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload customer parts into production line using crane or hoist.
• Perform basic quality inspections before processing.
• Troubleshoot basic line or crane/hoist issues and report findings.
• Complete production reporting forms and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and adhere to procedures.
• May work flexible hours.
• Other duties as directed by supervision.
