Job summary

CJ Schwan's seeks a full-time production worker to unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble products and package finished goods. You will ensure quality from raw materials to finished products and help maintain GMP compliance in a food manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 years of experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Weekend/overtime flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on concrete floors.
• Must be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and record waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues or equipment problems.
• Comply with USDA/OSHA/state/federal regulations and GMPs.
