Job summary

Paragon Films seeks a Line Operator for the Day Shift to support extrusion production at our Union Gap, WA facility. You will operate the production line to meet quality and quantity targets while upholding safety standards.

The role requires following procedures, changing over lines, and performing QA checks to ensure product quality. Responsibilities include monitoring line changes, labeling and packaging outputs, reporting scrap with root cause, and assisting with line setup and training.

Qualifications

• Must understand extrusion process and operate production line to meet quality standards.
• Ability to monitor line changes and perform necessary screen changes and labeling.
• Proficiency in QA tests, defect tracking, and reporting scrap with root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedules and prepare for line changeovers.
• Recognize and report unsafe conditions; assist with line start/stop.
• Pull QA tests, monitor results, and maintain test equipment calibration.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the production floor.
• Assist in training other production personnel.
