Job summary

Reily Foods Company in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Line Operator for our manufacturing facility. The role focuses on safely operating production equipment to produce quality products on a timely schedule.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of machine operating experience. You will use GMPs, perform changeovers, and maintain accurate quality documentation while working as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of machine operating/production experience preferred.
• Ability to start/stop equipment, complete a changeover, and operate one piece of equipment.
• Interpersonal skills include good verbal and written communication, good time management and the ability to follow rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to GMPs and safety guidelines.
• Use Digital Production System (Redzone) to track downtime and quality documentation.
• Complete changeovers for assigned equipment/production line.
• Read and follow daily instructions and specifications.
• Complete quality, traceability, and production paperwork accurately.
• Report any product deficiencies, safety concerns, or injuries to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and assist with changeovers as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training.
