Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing machine operation or extrusion.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities.

• Ability to operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely.
• Reading and writing skills; self-motivated and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily production line activities and housekeeping to ensure quality and safety.
• Monitor production efficiency, perform tool changes, start-ups, and shut downs as needed.
• Support preventative maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Work 12-hour shifts with overtime as required, including weekends.
