Bay State Milling is seeking a dependable Pack Line Operator in Platteville, CO. The role requires operating packing and labeling equipment, verifying bag weights, and maintaining GMP standards. You may drive a forklift and perform routine sanitation as part of daily duties.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to obtain forklift certification. Good communication and teamwork are essential.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Compensation Range: $23.00 - $24.00/Hour
Benefits: Eligibility after 90 days of employment for medical (choice of 2 plans: a high-deductible and a low-deductible plan), HSA, FSA, dental, vision, group life, accident, critical illness, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k), and floating holidays. Eligibility upon employment for paid vacation. sick time, and core holidays.
