Job summary

Exegistics seeks a Junior Foam Line Operator / Technician to join our Indianapolis production team. In this hands-on role, you will work with experienced technicians to produce high-quality foam products in a safe, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • Technical training, manufacturing experience, or college coursework in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to accurately operate industrial scales and measuring equipment.
  • Familiarity with chemical labeling systems (GHS) preferred.
  • Ability to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and mix chemical formulas according to production specifications and measure materials.
  • Set up and configure foam production equipment for proper density and quality.
  • Perform pre-production safety checks and inspections of equipment.
  • Monitor production operations and report issues or abnormalities.
  • Clean and prepare equipment and work areas at end of shift and prep for next shift.

We're looking for a Junior Foam Line Operator / Technician to join our production team.
