Role Description

The Production Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, the Production Technician assembles, fabricates, and tests fluid and gas system components and custom solutions according to specifications and safety standards.

Daily responsibilities include operating production equipment and tools, performing inspections to verify product quality, and following established manufacturing processes and documentation.

The Production Technician collaborates with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules, troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues, and maintain a clean, organized work area. This role also supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, safety, and product reliability.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure products meet specifications and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to identify issues, perform basic repairs, and keep equipment operating reliably.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, follow written and verbal instructions, and document production activities clearly.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments, preferably with mechanical or industrial components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and consistent, reliable work habits.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
