Job summary

Exegistics seeks a Junior Foam Line Operator / Technician to join our Indianapolis production team. In this hands-on role, you will work with experienced technicians to produce high-quality foam products in a safe, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

Technical training, manufacturing experience, or college coursework in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred.
Ability to accurately operate industrial scales and measuring equipment.
Familiarity with chemical labeling systems (GHS) preferred.
Ability to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and mix chemical formulas according to production specifications and measure materials.
Set up and configure foam production equipment for proper density and quality.
Perform pre-production safety checks and inspections of equipment.
Monitor production operations and report issues or abnormalities.
Clean and prepare equipment and work areas at end of shift and prep for next shift.
