Job summary

Alliance Aviation Services in Fort Worth (Perot Field) seeks a Line Operations Specialist to support airfield operations and deliver exceptional service to pilots, crew, and passengers. You will marshal, tow, fuel aircraft and perform routine servicing while upholding safety standards.

Comprehensive training is provided; you will assist with luggage handling, catering delivery, and guest transport while maintaining regulatory compliance and a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in FBO/aviation ground support preferred.
• Forklift certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist pilots, passengers, and crew during ground ops.
• Escort guests on/off ramp and manage guest vehicles.
• Perform aircraft marshalling, towing, fueling, and routine servicing.
• Light maintenance such as windshield cleaning, oil replenishment, lavatory servicing.
