FedEx Group is seeking a skilled professional to forecast line maintenance demand and align labor resources for optimal productivity. The role enhances strategy development, labor planning, and creates more maintenance scheduling opportunities to improve dispatch reliability.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in project management, financial planning, or aircraft maintenance. The job is based in Memphis, TN and entails working at the FedEx location five days a week.
Establishes internal capability to forecast line maintenance demand and aligns labor resource optimally. Improves strategy development and labor planning, creates more maintenance scheduling opportunities, increases amount productivity and improves total dispatch reliability.
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Operations Research or related quantitative discipline degree.
Seven (7) years of related experience in project management, business/financial planning and analysis. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, project schedules, business cases and financial justification and/or seven (7) years aircraft maintenance experience maintaining turbine powered.
Excellent analytical, statistical, problem-solving skills required.
Proficiency in various computer applications required.
Strong human relations, leadership and communication skills required.
Extensive Aircraft Maintenance experience in an Airline environment preferred.
The desired location for this position is Memphis, TN (MEM) location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
