Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years of related experience in project management, business/financial planning and analysis.
• Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, project schedules, business cases and financial justification and/or seven (7) years aircraft maintenance experience maintaining turbine powered.
• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Operations Research or related quantitative discipline.

Essential Functions

• Ensures the business processes and data models that supports maintenance goals and objectives and leads process improvement and training activities.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Operations Research or related quantitative discipline degree.

Minimum Experience

Seven (7) years of related experience in project management, business/financial planning and analysis. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, project schedules, business cases and financial justification and/or seven (7) years aircraft maintenance experience maintaining turbine powered.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent analytical, statistical, problem-solving skills required.

Proficiency in various computer applications required.

Strong human relations, leadership and communication skills required.

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive Aircraft Maintenance experience in an Airline environment preferred.

The desired location for this position is Memphis, TN (MEM) location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
