Responsibilities

• Assist line to run safely, with high quality and attainment goals.
• Prepare for and execute changeovers safely and timely.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly systematic maintenance.
• Act as Job Trainer in changeover areas.
• Identify root causes and communicate findings.
• Suggest cost-saving ideas and boost efficiency.
• Maintain a clean workplace per 5S and SOPs.
• Sit/stand/walk/bend for 8 hours or more.
• Weekly pay; growth opportunities.
