Airborne-Maintenance- is seeking a Supervisory Manager for the ILN line station. You will lead personnel, oversee hiring, scheduling, discipline, development, training, coaching and termination decisions, ensuring safety, compliance and profitability.
Reports to the ILN Line Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma or GED, 5 years in transport category aircraft line maintenance, and solid knowledge of FAA FAR Part 145 operations, budgeting, and MS Office
Provides direct Supervisory control and direction to personnel. Performs and recommends management actions related to hiring, scheduling, discipline, employee development, training, coaching, mentoring and termination. Responsible for the safety, compliance and profitability of the ILN line station. This position willreport to the ILN Line Maintenance Manager.
