Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with strong leadership to oversee shift-level line maintenance activities at the assigned base. You will coordinate across Operations and Maintenance Planning to maintain on-time aircraft return to service.

The ideal candidate has 10 years in line maintenance, 5 years in supervision, and a solid understanding of 121 FARs. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; High School Diploma required.

Qualifications

• FAA Certificated Airframe and Powerplant rating and license.
• Working knowledge of 121 Federal Aviation Regulations.
• 10 years aircraft line maintenance experience.
• 5 years Supervisor Aircraft line maintenance experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or equivalent.
• Must have ability to plan, organize, and administrate workloads to subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift level oversight for line maintenance activities at the assigned base.
• Coordinate with Stations Operations, Flight Ops, and Maintenance Planning.
• Maintain compliance with Frontier manuals and company policies.
• Manage labor schedules to ensure required capacity and on-time aircraft return.
• Maintain and track performance KPIs and report on them when requested.
• Ensure documentation and tooling calibration are up-to-date.
