Job summary

Vista, a leading aviation services group, seeks a Line Maintenance Planner to manage scheduling of line maintenance events for our fleet. The LMP reports to the Line Mx Planner Manager and coordinates with MCC, maintenance providers and procurement to minimize aircraft downtime.

You will ensure work packages have up-to-date task cards, track progress, and incorporate Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance planning experience.
• FAA A&P license or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage line maintenance events with approved providers.
• Optimize aircraft downtimes to maximize availability.
• Coordinate with MCC Controllers and maintenance providers.
• Ensure maintenance tracking software is up-to-date and accurate.
• Incorporate Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins into plans.
• Mentor and coach maintenance planners and team members.
