Job summary

ESP Enterprises, Inc. in Pearland, TX is seeking a Line Maintenance Lead to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility.

You will lead and mentor Projects/Line Mechanics, prioritize work, and stay hands-on with repairs to keep production running safely and reliably. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and root-cause analysis.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign and prioritize work orders for mechanics; inspect quality and safety.
• Coach and mentor mechanics across systems; cross-train.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild equipment; handle line changes.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns to restore production.
• Lead preventive maintenance program and reliability improvements.
• Enforce EHS requirements (LOTO, PPE, guarding).
• Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain work orders and CMMS records.
• Serve as backup to Maintenance Manager.
