Polyzen, Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Line Leader to operate and monitor a production line on-site in the medical device manufacturing area. You will ensure the production folder is complete and drive line performance across shifts.

Responsibilities include material staging, line setup, following the production schedule, recording ERP data, training operators, and upholding GMP and quality standards. Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and basic math are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• English required for business communications.

Responsabilidades

• Retrieves, stages, and verifies raw materials for use on production line.
• Sets up line, gathers materials, and establishes rotations for the team.
• Reads production schedule and directs the team to fulfill orders.
• Reports downtime and waste; maintains accurate ERP records.
• Trains operators on assigned lines and ensures proficiency.
• Operates equipment and maintains clean machinery and workspace.
