Great Northern is a leading developer and manufacturer of creative solutions for packaging, shipping, merchandising, and distributing products for industrial, commercial, and retail markets.

Position Details

• Assists fulfillment shift supervisor in coordinating activities of temporary labor pool personnel on assembly lines or workstations.
• Participates in training and retraining of temporary labor employees, providing feedback to the supervisor.
• Sets up lines efficiently to optimize production results.
• Ensures productivity, efficiency, and cost estimates are met using tracking and reporting tools.
• Maintains accurate inventory records for raw materials, WIP, and finished products.

Schedule and Compensation

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
• Starting hourly wage: $21.00 - $23.50.
