Located onsite at the Cook facility, the 2nd shift Line Lead focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency, mentoring team members, maintaining records, and controlling labor and material costs to drive production results.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer in the past 3 years.
• Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee work at various stations along the production lines processing poultry food products.
• Adhere to safety requirements including PPE and Lockout-Tagout procedures.
• Ensure product qualities meet QA and USDA specifications.
• Maintain equipment and a clean, safe work environment.
• Lead and train line team members.
• Monitor lines for efficiency and quality; report incidents.
