Perdue Foods is seeking a Line Lead to oversee daily operations on production lines in the Packout Department at the Cook facility in Perry, Georgia. You will support the supervisor, lead line teammates, and ensure safe, efficient workflow while meeting QA and USDA product specifications.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, record-keeping, and cost control on the first shift. Prior supervisory experience in poultry or manufacturing is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer in past 3 years.
• Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Oversee work at various stations along production lines processing poultry products.
• Adhere to safety requirements, PPE, and lockout-tagout procedures.
• Ensure product quality per QA and USDA specifications.
• Maintain equipment performance and a clean, safe environment.
• Lead and train line team members and monitor efficiency and quality.
• Implement safety protocols and report incidents; maintain records.
• Control labor and material costs.
