Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and motivate a manufacturing team on the production line, ensuring quality, efficiency and timely delivery. You will organize daily team activities, monitor processes, and coach staff to maintain standard work practices.

Responsibilities include directing improvements to manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and supporting inventory, packaging and general facility duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience and people leadership required.
• Knowledge of 5S and Lean practices.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Email, Excel).

Experience:

2+ years of manufacturing experience and people leadership required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Production/Manufacturing environment

Lifts up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
