Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Line Attendant in Blaine, Minnesota. The role pays $17.50–$19.00 per hour for the 1st shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm) in a manufacturing environment. Join a hardworking team with paid training and weekly pay in a clean, safe workplace.

You will perform and document quality checks, support temporary workers to meet efficiency goals, verify product quality standards, and follow manufacturing, quality, and safety directions.

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Read and understand English.
• Quality conscious and safety oriented.
• Ability to stand for 7 hours daily.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with performing and documenting quality checks required throughout the run.
• Help support the temporary workers to meet efficiency expectations.
• Verify that all product quality standards are being maintained.
• Assist with quality challenges to find a corrective action.
• Follow any direction given about manufacturing, quality and safety processes.
