Job summary

Employbridge is seeking hands-on Line Leads and Assistant Line Leads to thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in La Crosse, Wisconsin. You will lead production lines, add ingredients, inspect containers and labels, run quality checks, and train new team members.

Shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd with OT on Saturdays or Fridays depending on shift. Pay is $22.50-$25.50 per hour based on experience, with medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have food manufacturing experience.
• Training or lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• OT/weekend availability as per shift.

Responsibilities

• Adding ingredients, inspecting containers and labels.
• Inserting scoops, applying labels, packing products, and quality checks.
• Loading ingredients, sealing bags, monitoring equipment, checking labels, and quality checks.
• Support and train new employees, monitor production KPI’s.
• Signing off on quality checks and doing tests.

Shifts:

1st: Mon-Fri 6:45am-3:00pm (OT Sat.)

2nd: Mon-Fri 2:45pm-11:00pm (OT Sat.)

3rd: Sun-Thu 10:45pm-7:00am (OT Fri.)

Job Duties of Line Leads and Assistant Line Leads:
