Job summary

Remedy Staffing is seeking hands-on Line Leads and Assistant Line Leads to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will be on the production floor, leading teams, performing quality checks, and ensuring accurate labeling and packing processes.

Candidates with prior lead experience in food manufacturing are preferred, and the role requires lifting up to 50 lbs. Training and development support is provided, with a permanent position upon successful placement.

Qualifications

• Training or previous lead experience preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adding ingredients, inspecting containers and labels.
• Inserting scoops, applying labels, packing products, and quality checks.
• Loading ingredients, sealing bags, monitoring equipment, checking labels, and quality checks.
• Support and train new employees, monitor production KPI’s.
• Signing off on quality checks and doing tests.

Pay: $22.50-$25.50/hr based on experience

Shifts:

1st: Mon-Fri 6:45am-3:00pm (OT Sat.)

2nd: Mon-Fri 2:45pm-11:00pm (OT Sat.)

3rd: Sun-Thu 10:45pm-7:00am (OT Fri.)

Job Duties of Line Leads and Assistant Line Leads:

• Adding ingredients, inspecting containers and labels.
