Job summary

Midway Staffing is seeking an experienced Line Lead to oversee daily production operations at our Broadview, IL location. You will supervise a 6-7 person production team, monitor schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the line.

The role requires hands-on leadership, accurate documentation, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish bilingual a plus). This is a first-shift position with Monday-Thursday work weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating or leading a production line in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and production tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

Shift: 1stShift - 7am-4:30pm (10hr shifts)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday

Position Overview
