Job summary

FOX Factory in Gainesville, FL seeks an experienced production supervisor to lead a manufacturing team on the production line, drive improvements, and ensure timely delivery. You will mentor staff, monitor equipment and processes, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic environment.

The role requires 2+ years of manufacturing leadership, HS diploma, and hands-on knowledge of lean practices and basic office tools.

Position Summary:

Position Qualifications:

Education:

HS Graduate or Equivalent

Experience:

2+ years of manufacturing experience and people leadership required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Production/Manufacturing environment

Lifts up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
