Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support production and packaging on the 2nd shift in York, PA. You will package products, count quantities, and help ensure quality throughout the process.

No prior experience required; we value reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to read and speak English. Role includes standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Military experience a plus

• Package products into desired packaging.
• Accurately count required quantities for packaging.
• Follow and understand facility GMPs and safety guidelines.
• Identify defects as defined by the quality department.
• Ensure overall product quality is acceptable and defects are eliminated.
• Assist with daily startup and shutdown.
• Clear the line daily and remove all trash and other tasks that are assigned by the line lead or Plant Management

Job Details: Job Location: Plant - York, PA 17402, Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly, We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our production and packaging operations on 2nd shift. In this role, you’ll package products according to specifications, accurately count and inspect finished products, and help ensure our quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Package products into desired packaging
• Accurately count required quantities for packaging
• Follow and understand facility GMPs and safety guidelines
• Identify defects as defined by the quality department
• Ensure overall product quality is acceptable and defects are eliminated
• Assist with daily startup and shutdown
• Clear the line daily and remove all trash and other tasks that are assigned by the line lead or Plant Management

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
