Job summary

FurstStaffing is seeking a Line Inspector/Production Technician for the second shift in Rockford, Illinois. You will inspect products for defects, monitor flow and packaging quality, and document production batches in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include supporting machine setup, performing ERP transactions with RF scanners or computers, and following SOPs, GMPs, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures while maintaining a clean, safe work area and contributing to team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to multitask in a production setting.
• Basic report writing and communication skills.

Line Inspector/Production Technician works the 2nd shift from 2:50 PM to 11:00 PM, with overtime as needed, earning $19.00/hour. The role inspects products for defects, monitors quality and flow, supports machine setup and cleanup, and documents production batches in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
