Job summary

Cape Fear Country Club Inc in Wilmington, NC is seeking a dedicated prep cook to support station setups, high-quality food preparation, and consistent line service in alignment with club recipes and standards.

You will maintain sanitary workstations, assist with various duties, and help ensure timely service for meals and events. Sign-on bonuses apply after six months and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, seafoods, vegetables and other items required for line and special function purposes.
• Assist with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed.
• Use safe and sanitary food handling procedures; clean workstation and equipment.
• Set up, maintain, break down, clean, and sanitize work station.
• Follow Club recipes for pre-preparing and preparing all items.
• Serve items according to portion and presentation standards.
• Notify Sous Chef of shortages.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
