Job summary

Johns Manville Bremen, IN is seeking a Line Driver Forklift Operator to join our team on a 12-hour rotating shift. The role offers a base rate of $24.02 per hour with a $1.25 per hour shift premium for the night shift, and operates around a 24/7 schedule to support our top-performing facility.

You will support safe operations, run forklift duties, and ensure accurate counts of finished goods while maintaining housekeeping and safety standards within a Berkshire Hathaway-backed company.

Qualifications

• Operate forklift and maintain equipment.
• Count finished goods after each production run.
• Follow safety and environmental commitments in line with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supports and promotes safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies and compliance requirements
• Operate wrapper, label applicators, stretch hooder, foot setting machine and glue applicator
• Forklift operation and maintenance
• Count finished goods after each production run
• General housekeeping duties
• Conduct safety audits/ inspections
