Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a warehouse position to support material flow and line efficiency at its distribution center. The role emphasizes moving materials, adjusting conveyor speeds, and clearing jams to keep operations running smoothly.

Candidates will follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area while performing transfers between functions as directed by supervision. This role supports operational reliability in a dynamic facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure materials reach the proper end destination.
• Adjust equipment speeds and positions to improve the efficiency of the conveyor or line system.
• Clear jams and remove damaged materials by stopping the conveyor or line and using hand tools, poles, and bars.
• Transfer between functions within the DC as directed by the supervisor on an as-needed basis.
• Observe all safety and work guidelines.
• Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly manner.
