Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support palletizing operations, load and unload freight, and ensure efficient distribution within our distribution center. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working near conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Palletize freight, manually load/unload boxes.
• Load and unload freight and manually sort as needed.
• Get and place an empty highbay pallet next to palletizing conveyor.
• Boxes will be split evenly by the conveyor between each storage area.
• Palletize diverted boxes for random reserve driver to pick up skid and take to store in barcoded locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Job Description

Education / Experience

• Years of related experience - 1 year

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Continuous standing required

Typical Working Conditions

Will work around equipment, such as conveyors and rolling stock, which could contain hazards. Other exposures found in a distribution center such as high levels of noise and dust may exist for this position.
