Job summary

Life Alive in Back Bay is hiring a Front of House Non-Service Team Member to join a friendly, mission-driven team. Deliver exceptional guest service, support culinary operations, and help maintain a clean, organized station for a fast-paced service.

You will handle station prep, communicate needs to BOH and on-duty managers, and accommodate guest requests while upholding Life Alive's wellness-focused standards and community values.

• Able to stand for long hours and lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs).
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station.
• Accommodates guest-specific requests and modifications.
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
• Achieves a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less.
