Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift
• Operate grills, fryers, sauté stations, and other kitchen equipment safely
• Monitor food freshness, portion control, and plate presentation
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service during high-volume periods
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
• Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (Food Handler's Card a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
