Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Execution

• Prepare and cook menu items to Apex's standards for quality, portion, and presentation.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our menu and ingredients.

Kitchen Operations

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Track product quality and shelf life to reduce waste.

Fast-Paced Precision

• Work efficiently to complete orders within designated ticket times.
• Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow instructions from Kitchen Managers and shift leads.

Team Collaboration

• Foster a positive and respectful work environment.
• Support team members and adapt to the needs of the kitchen.
• Uphold a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.

What We're Looking For:
