Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops, and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for the Zulu Grille - Line Cook position. In this role, you will be responsible for quick service and food preparation for all guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, food preparation, visual inspection of all food products, kitchen sanitation, and receiving/inspecting bulk orders to ensure proper storage.

Flexible shifts and scheduling, both PT & FT, are available.

Requirements include at least 1 year of progressive culinary experience and/or culinary graduation, preferably in a hotel restaurant/food outlet or related field. State or local law may require a food handling certification, such as ServSafe, which is preferred.
