Job summary

Wings ‘N More in College Station, TX is seeking a motivated restaurant leader to join our growth-minded team. You will supervise daily operations, coach crew, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

With 1+ years of team leadership in food service, you’ll help build our management bench, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality while driving friendly service. You’ll craft schedules and support our dynamic expansion across new locations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in restaurants or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Open/close operations and inspect deliveries.
• Supervise, train, and coach crew members.
• Ensure high-quality food, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Handle guest issues and turnaround satisfaction.
• Build efficient schedules and balance labor needs.
