Wings 'N More Express Conroe in Conroe, TX is seeking a part-time cook and kitchen staff to prepare fresh orders, fry wings, package meals, and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen during shifts.

You will follow safe cooking procedures, ensure proper presentation, and contribute to a positive guest experience with timely, high-quality food. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for growth and competitive wages based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Scan and understand order tickets and abbreviations
• Fry wings to customer-satisfying readiness
• Package orders neatly and presentably
• Maintain safe cooking procedures
• Keep kitchen clean during shift
• Assist with unloading delivery boxes; lift up to 60 lbs
• Support other staff as needed to ensure guests have a positive experience

What You’ll Do

• Quickly scan and comprehend the order tickets and abbreviations.
• Use good judgment to know when Wings are “perfectly” done
• Filter and freshen the fryer shortening daily
• Practice safe cooking procedures
• Properly package the orders into the final container.
• Provide a nice presentation of wings in the packaging.
• Know, thoroughly understand and execute ongoing cleaning procedures for their position and shift.
• Assist in unloading delivery boxes. Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
• Assist in keeping kitchen clean throughout the shift.
• Clean at closing.
• Assist other employees as needed.
• Ensure that each guest has a positive, long lasting impression of our restaurant’s experience.
