Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring immediately for full-time COOK positions in Detroit, MI. Location: Delta DTW – 2642 World Gateway Place. Open availability is required; weekends must be worked. Prior prep, cook and grill experience is preferred.

As a cook you will prepare food per recipes, ensure proper temperatures and presentation, maintain clean work areas, and follow HACCP guidelines. Weekly pay and parking are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous prep, cook, grill experience is preferred.
• Open availability is preferred; weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Sees meals through from preparation to serving and ensures correct portions and temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed and reports maintenance needs.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and safe food-handling procedures.
